What does non-violent communication mean to me?
For 20 years now, I have been working on the topic of communication in organizational, institutional, artistic, therapeutic, educational and scientific areas as a lecturer, employee trainer, trainer and systemic coach. In recent years, I have increasingly worked as a supervisor in profit and non-profit companies in the areas of organizational development, management training and team communication.
Since 2006 I have found the piece of the puzzle that connects everything I have researched up to that point: Nonviolent Communication according to M. Rosenberg. For me it is the most powerful vision of a social reality that is filled with an attitude of appreciation for oneself and others. Nonviolent Communication fundamentally enables one to create lively contact, experience self-efficacy and promote a corporate culture in which relationship intelligence is implemented as value creation. This is the basic attitude that I make room for in my training courses and in the individual, team and couple coaching sessions in my listening practice.
About me
- 1967 born in Nuremberg
- PhD in ethnology/ethnography since 2001. In my doctoral thesis, I dealt with the communication of blind, deaf and autistic people under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Stefan Hirschauer.
- Further stations: dance and theater (training 1998–2001), Butoh dance, contact dance, clowning, Christoph Riemer and playing arts. Sylvia Wetzel taught me Tibetan Buddhism and Tara practice for four years.
- My son Anton Lucas Leander has enriched my life since 2003.
- I met GfK in 2005, since July 2012 I am a certified trainer according to the CNVC, for 11 years I have been trainers for GfK with my colleague Andrea Lohmann
- Since 1998 I have been head of the department for communication with artistic means in the Theaterwerkstatt Bethel
- 2011 – 2014 Systemic training ESPERE, which is the basis of my coaching and supervision groups in the work with “inner parts”
- 2014 – 2018 Basic and advanced training at the Aruna Institute on dynamics in couple relationships, intimacy and sexuality – my lessons in liveliness and closeness
- Since 2019 I have been following the practice of Inquiry according to the Diamond Approach of the Ridhwan School
- 2020 in the annual cycle at Cüneyt Görenel, a shamanic annual group

Was bedeutet mir Gewaltfreie Kommunikation?
Seit 20 Jahren beschäftige ich mich jetzt mit dem Thema Kommunikation in organisatorischen, institutionellen, künstlerischen, therapeutischen, pädagogischen und wissenschaftlichen Bereichen als Dozentin, Mitarbeiterfortbildende, Trainerin, systemischer Coach. In den letzten Jahren arbeite ich verstärkt als Supervisorin in Profit und Non-Profit Unternehmen im Bereich Organisationsentwicklung, Führungskräftetrainings, Teamkommunikation.
Seit 2oo6 habe ich den Puzzlestein gefunden, der alles, womit ich bis dahin erforscht habe, verbindet: Die Gewaltfreie Kommunikation nach M. Rosenberg. Sie ist für mich die kraftvollste Vision einer gesellschaftlichen Wirklichkeit, die erfüllt ist von einer Haltung der Wertschätzung für sich und andere. Die Gewaltfreie Kommunikation ermöglicht grundlegend, lebendigen Kontakt zu gestalten, Selbstwirksamkeit zu erleben und eine Unternehmenskultur zu fördern, in der Beziehungsintelligenz als Wertschöpfung umgesetzt wird. Das ist die Grundhaltung, für die ich in meinen Trainings und den Einzel-, Team-, und Paar-Coachings in meiner Zuhörpraxis Raum gebe.
Über mich
- 1967 geb. in Nürnberg
- Seit 2001 promovierte Ethnologin/Ethnographin. In meiner Doktorarbeit beschäftigte ich mich mit der Kommunikation von Blinden, Gehörlosen und Autisten in Begleitung von Prof. Dr. Stefan Hirschauer.
- Weitere Stationen: Tanz und Theater (Ausbildung 1998–2001), Butoh-Tanz, Contact Dance, Clownspiel, Christoph Riemer und Playing Arts. Vier Jahre unterrichtete mich Sylvia Wetzel im tibetischen Buddhismus und der Tara-Praxis.
- Seit 2003 bereichert mein Sohn Anton Lucas Leander mein Leben.
- 2005 begegnete ich GfK, seit Juli 2012 bin in zertifizierte Trainerin nach dem CNVC, seit 11 Jahren bin ich mit meiner Kollegin Andrea Lohmann Ausbildern für GfK
- Seit 1998 leite ich die Fachstelle Kommunikation mit künstlerischen Mitteln in der Theaterwerkstatt Bethel
- 2011 – 2014 Systemische Ausbildung ESPERE, die Grundlage meiner Coachings und Supervisionsgruppen in der Arbeit mit „Inneren Anteilen“ ist
- 2014 – 2018 Basis- und Aufbautraining Aruna Institut zu Dynamiken in Paarbeziehungen, Intimität und Sexualität – meine Lehrstücke in Lebendigkeit und Nähe
- Seit 2019 folge ich der Übungspraxis der Inquiry nach dem Diamond Approach der Ridhwan Schule
