I was able to see for the first time how great an impact the way we express ourselves has on cooperation and living together through the solution-focused coaching approach of Steve de Shazer and Insoo Kim Berg. This significant difference between talking about resources, about what is possible - or about what is not possible and difficult - changed my perspective and expanded my scope for action. I am fascinated by approaching the inconvenient, so-called difficulties, with curiosity.

Words can build bridges to inner strength, to the person. Sometimes words and our ideas about the other person build walls so high that the relationship level is buried.
I learned from Marshall B. Rosenberg what helps to re-establish the connection in conflict situations. I am touched to see how people who are deeply affected, angry and desperate can, through empathy, develop compassion for themselves and others again, and how the willingness to take the next steps and to cooperate arises automatically.
As a child, I didn't know what my dream job could be. As a teenager, the image of a pharmacist came to mind - yes! Passing on something valuable, a special recipe, that's mine. Much later, after my studies and a few years of professional experience, I learned about non-violent communication and how to use it to settle disputes and get to the root of a conflict.
Now I know how to support people and systems, how to use their power and how to skillfully handle language, processes and structures - that is an effective recipe and one of my dream jobs.

Our thoughts, our actions, our reactions reflect our inner attitude. I am happy to promote awareness with approaches and attitudes that seem helpful to me, which broaden horizons, promote reconciliation, healing and the power to change, as well as humility to find an appreciative and constructive way of dealing with what is currently emerging.

Mein Herz schlägt für die Arbeit mit Menschen und den unglaublichen Reichtum, der in ihnen steckt. Die zarten Seiten, die kraftvollen, die überraschenden...

Welch grosse Auswirkung die Art und Weise, wie wir uns ausdrücken, auf die Zusammenarbeit und das Zusammenleben hat, konnte ich erstmals durch den Ansatz des lösungsorientierten Coachings von Steve de Shazer und Insoo Kim Berg erkennen. Dieser bedeutende Unterschied, ob wir über Ressourcen sprechen, darüber, was möglich ist – oder darüber, was alles nicht geht und schwierig ist, veränderte meine Sicht und erweiterte meine Handlungsspielräume. Dem Ungelegenen, so genannten Schwierigkeiten, mit Neugierde zu begegnen, fasziniert mich.

Worte können Brücken bauen zur inneren Kraft, zum Menschen gegenüber. Manchmal bauen Worte und unsere Vorstellungen über den anderen auch so hohe Mauern, dass die Beziehungsebene verschüttet wird.
Was in Konfliktsituationen hilft, die Verbindung wieder herzustellen, lernte ich von Marshall B. Rosenberg. Ich bin berührt zu sehen, wie Menschen in tiefer Betroffenheit, in Wut und Verzweiflung durch Empathie wieder Mitgefühl für sich und andere entwickeln können und die Bereitschaft für nächste Schritte und zur Kooperation wie von selbst entsteht.
Als Kind wusste ich nicht, was denn mein Traumberuf sein könnte. Als Jugendliche tauchte dann das Bild der Apothekerin auf – ja! etwas Wertvolles, eine besondere Rezeptur weitergeben, das ist Meins. Viel später, nach dem Studium und ein paar Jahren Berufserfahrung lernte ich die Gewaltfreie Kommunikation kennen und mit ihr, Streit zu schlichten und wie man zur Wurzel eines Konfliktes kommen kann.
Nun weiss ich, Menschen und Systeme zu unterstützen, ihre Kraft zu nutzen und gekonnt mit Sprache, Abläufen und Strukturen umzugehen - das ist eine wirksame Rezeptur und einer meiner Traumberufe.

Unser Denken, unser Handeln, unsere Reaktionen spiegeln unsere innere Haltung wieder. Gerne fördere ich Bewusstsein mit mir hilfreich erscheinenden Ansätzen und Haltungen, welche den Horizont erweitern, Versöhnung, Heilung und die Kraft für Veränderungen begünstigen, sowie Demut mit dem, was sich jetzt gerade zeigt, einen würdigenden und konstruktiven Umgang zu finden.
