Annika Thomsson works as a Nonviolent Communication (NVC) trainer. Annika provides training for HR professionals, managers, and entire staff teams in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. She has extensive experience working with teachers, within youth organizations, and through her own company. Since 2022, she has been working full-time for Araya & Maskovic Konfliktlösningar (Conflict resolution) and Medlingscentrum (the Mediation Center), where, in addition to offering training in conflict management and mediation, she develops training programs and is responsible for quality assurance within the company. Annika is a certified high school teacher, and her teaching skills help create a safe learning environment that encourages active participation and interaction,
