Being able to express myself, even with a trembling voice. Recognizing contractions in the body, with a tender heart. The wonder of finding myself in a group and feeling centered, in touch with my own personal power. Going through suffering can help us let go of a certain sense of separation, which closes off the path to giving from the heart. Nonviolent Communication is all of this for me. The journey towards certification helped me find my voice and feel safer in my body, together with realising the importance in growing within a community. Much gratitude to my peer groups, my mentors Johannes, Luana, Fabio, Kirsten and many more, and to the several communities, more or less temporarily, that I belong to. My wish is to treasure and cultivate this inner and outer attitude so as to be of service towards my neighbour.
