"NVC has brought me to a place where I want to be in a daily connection with my God, myself, with other people, and with the environment."

My Nonviolent Communication (NVC) journey started in 2007 when I joined an NVC workshop in Ruhpolding, Germany. And over the years, I have seen the need to share NVC in my family and my community. I am the first Muslim-Filipino to be certified by the Center for Nonviolent Communication.

And even before that, I had already shared NVC with the different sectors in my society and in my country. As an NVC trainer and practitioner, I develop myself in the area of empathic listening, conflict resolution, and in integrating NVC in lessening the prejudices and biases among people of different faiths and also with the young people.

“Connection is why we’re here; it is what gives purpose and meaning to our lives.” – Brene Brown

“My mission is to share NVC to people, both in groups and individuals to inspire and support them in giving and receiving from the heart & speaking and listening from the heart.”
