Through Nonviolent Communication (NVC), I have been able to experience time and again that I am welcome in my being and with all my feelings. Without having to bend. Without having to do anything for it. For me, this feels like arriving at home and allows me to show myself unvarnished and vulnerable.

Whether in my family, social, or professional environment, I want to pass on this gift by offering safe spaces in which everything that is alive is welcome. To be with each other in all our abundance, beauty, and diversity is deeply meaningful to me.
