Building Bridges and Connecting Dots: A Staff Update from Ted Rau

About four weeks ago, Ted Rau started in his new role as interim Executive Director of the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC). Since stepping into the position, he has been working closely with the board and staff while focusing on learning, building context, and supporting organizational cohesion and clarity.
“The support from the board and staff has been wonderful,” Ted shared. “I’m looking for ways to increase cohesion, clarity and ease, and to connect areas where we can improve flow across the organization.”Ted also shared a photo from a recent staff meeting featuring members of the CNVC team, including Nessa Dertnig, Kim Zarillo, Stephane Curcio, Aseel Talhami, Mark Britton, Marie-Laure Moens, Kunal Kankhare, and Jeff Gilmore. Staff members Zsuzsa Csuvár and Irma Jager were not present for the photo.
