ABSTRACT: The possibility of a non-ideological practice approaching the culture of peace is investigated. This possibility is materialized through the circles of peace building that together with the theoretical foundations of Nonviolent Communication and Peace Studies, foundation and make palpable the transformation of a traditional culture into a culture of peace. The work uses the deductive method of addressing the problem that, together with the critical dialectic part of the theories that substantiate Nonviolent Communication, demonstrating that the tool of peace building circles can be a means to reach Culture of peace. The character of the research is bibliographical and documentary.
