We are excited to invite you to join us. If you would really like to join us and you are imagining
that for your partner, root canal would be more enjoyable, feel free to participate by yourself, as
your partner will benefit either way. We will play with topics that matter to you. Some
possibilities include:
●
●
●
Request versus Demand (Can I hear the “no” of my partner and be okay with that?)
What do I do when our sexual needs/desires are not in alignment?
“I want more time with my partner, and they are busy on their computer, cell phone,
watching TV …
”
If you know of couples who may find value from this monthly tune-up, feel free to send this on to
them. We love to contribute to those who may benefit. We appreciate the support in getting the
word out.
Warm regards,
Sylvia and Michael

Background Sylvia and Michael have both been partnered with our respective partners for close to
30 years. We often find that couples feel alone in their celebrations and challenges. It
seems tough to share our feelings and needs in intimate relationships.
When couples come together in community and share — we all feel less alone, more
connected. It’s hard to do this alone and have a quality relationship.
Working
methods
We will break out into smaller groups for those of you for whom larger groups are less
comfortable. We support couples and the community in providing a safe place for
support, learning, and growth.
Our intention — nurture the community, share skills of listening deeply and speaking
honestly for meaning and connecting, while bathing us all in empathy for both the
joyful life experiences and when life is tough.
Without regular access to skills and tools, communication between couples can often
run amok. With this community, you will have built-in support, sympathy, and
empathy for life’s experiences.
Contribution to
Trainers

For couples - $80 per time or $400 for 6 sessions

The Candidates/Community Active Learning Forum (CALF) was created to support CNVC Certification
Candidates on their journey to certification. We have expanded to include those NVC practitioners who are
steeped in NVC and those who are learning NVC as well. We focus on supporting participants to know,
share, and live NVC to the best of their ability. We are deeply aligned with Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg’s NVC
practice and principles. CALF is led by an international and seasoned team of CNVC assessors and trainers
offering regular in-person retreats, online workshops, individual mentoring and an online learning
community. Visit CALF-Website for more information.
