Deepening your NVC Practice

This course is designed for those who have a minimum of 72 hours of training in Nonviolent Communication. In this next-level journey, we’ll explore the deeper layers of applying NVC in real life. There’s plenty of space to bring in your own situations, alongside a rich integration of all aspects of the NVC model.

Between sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to practice with peers, reflect through reading material, and engage in small homework invitations to support your learning.

The art of mourning and celebration
Working with fear
The power of role play
Healing dialogue
Transforming pain
Deepening empathy
Resolving inner conflicts
NVC for social change
Conflict resollution
Protective Use of Force

Through practice, reflection, and shared exploration, this course offers a space to deepen your embodiment of Nonviolent Communication. As your capacity for self-connection and empathy grows, you may find yourself meeting life’s challenges with greater clarity, honesty, and compassion — both with yourself and with others.

Groups are intimate with a maximum of 12 participants so there is ample opportunity to bring in your own situations during the sessions and to receive guidance and feedback from me. Sessions consist of exchanging empathy, sharing in the group, learning new material, observing and working with me on your cases and working in small groups. Between sessions, you will receive reading materials and practice exercises, and are invited to do empathy exchange with fellow participants.
