From divide to connection
A free day of experiencial NVC
By: Kathleen Macferran, Peggy Smith, Rodrigo Suarez, River Dunavin
Most of us know the feeling of a conversation going sideways. Someone says something we disagree with, our chest tightens, and whatever we say next lands nowhere near where we hoped it would.
Learning to stay in those conversations is a skill, and it can be practiced.
From Divide to Connection is a full day of free online training with CNVC Certified Trainers, built around one question: how do we listen to people we disagree with, speak our truth in a way that can actually be received, and move toward mutual understanding?
This day is also a preview of the Online Immersive Training coming in January, so you can get a real sense of the trainers and the format before deciding whether the longer program is right for you.
What the day looks like:
11:00 to 11:30 am. Opening panel
11:30 to 1:00 pm. Session 1, with two trainer offerings to choose from
