Learn, Practice and Integrate NVC into Your Life, Relationships, Family, Organizations and Community!

Participants learn to deepen connections with others, enhance long term relationships, and heal painful ones. Students learn to ask for what they want without fear or guilt and reduce conflict while creating more connection. Many students take the class several times and report new learning and insights. We will cover the basic foundations and principles of nonviolent communication as developed my Marshall Rosenberg, Ph.D. that will include:
