After co-organizing the Austria-Slovenia IIT in 2024, Nessa joined CNVC in January 2026 as a Programs Coordinator and now supports CNVC programs around the world.

Nessa discovered NVC while on a permaculture course in 2011, and continues to be excited by the connections, learning, and care she experiences in NVC communities. She has been a certification candidate since 2023.

Nessa holds a master’s degree in Intercultural Communication and Education from Newcastle University and has previously worked as a teacher, translator, and content creator. She and her husband pursue their common interest in regenerative agriculture and local food systems on their farm in southern Austria, where they live with their two children.
