Kamila Koutná serves as the CNVC’s Board Administrator. She brings more than 20 years of experience in administration, project coordination, communications, education, translation, and community-based organizations. Since 2019, she has supported free democratic schools in the Czech Republic with grant coordination, reporting, fundraising, stakeholder communication, and remote teamwork. Kamila has practised and studied Nonviolent Communication since 2022, including mediation work. She has also studied and practised Holacracy since 2022 as part of her work in free democratic education, where she supports clear roles, transparent decision-making, and self-directed ways of working. She values bringing structure, empathy, reliability, and clear communication to collaborative organizations.
