What excites me about NVC is the potential it has for bringing about change in every aspect of life: personal, interpersonal, in the family, community, national and international. What is rewarding for me when I share in NVC is to be able to stimulate a shift in people's understanding, awareness and consciousness. It's a lifelong learning journey for me and it's affirming to know that I am part of a large worldwide community that is practising and spreading the skills and the tools that will steadily bring about fundamental changes in society, where the 'other' is perceived with compassion, motivated by some universal needs that I too have, and not as an opponent to be decimated. Appreciation and gratitude to all those who are with me on this path, reaffirming my sense of togetherness and shared purpose!
