As a Cultural Architect, I am stitching together a polarized world so that everyone can thrive.
By addressing the underlying causes of the culture wars, I design solutions that help everyone get their needs met peacefully.
As a Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication since 2005, I led more than 800 days of training in 30 U.S. states and 9 countries including South Korea, Japan, Denmark, Greece, the Netherlands, Germany, Romania, and the U.K.
From 2009-2015, I served as the Executive Director for the Compassionate Communication Center of Ohio, a nonprofit organization based in Columbus, Ohio.
Since 2020, I have served as Operations Director of the Center for Nonviolent Communication (see staff page).
