My vision is a world in which domination gives way to collaboration, where judgments are transformed into needs, both met and unmet, and where every person is keenly aware of the consequences of their acts, their words and their intentions.
Je suis un promoteur de changement social par la voie de lintériorité. Dans toutes mes formations, je commence avec la relation à soi et aborde ensuite la relation à lautre. En règlement de conflits, en team-building, en gestion du stress, en harcèlement, en négociation… lécoute profonde de soi est une condition sine qua non de la collaboration et entre pairs et dans la hiérarchie. I promote social change through inner awareness. In all my trainings, I begin with the relationship to self and then move on to the relationship with other. Whether in conflict resolution, team-building, stress management, harassment, negotiation, ... in-depth listening to self is a prerequisite for collaboration between peers or with the hierarchy.
I believe that the integration of an art of living as deep as Nonviolent Communication requires practice. Practice leads to an inductive theory of living that each learner of the process develops for him- or herself.
