Learn how to transform your judgments and arguments into understanding and peaceful interactions to meet needs.

Learn how to really listen to your partner and share your understanding.

Learn how to express yourself clearly and with compassion so your partner can hear and respond with care.

Learn how to become heart-fully curious and connected to experience more joy in your relationship.

This is a weekend of experiential learning to support couples and partnerships wanting to create thriving intimate relationships based on authenticity, empathy and loving care. This workshop will help you build skills for successful, harmonious relationships of all kinds.

If you are not currently in an intimate relationship and want to participate, we do welcome you. And we ask that you do come with a partner for the workshop. This can be a friend, family member, or other associate. This will ensure that everyone has someone to interact with for the practices and learning exercises. Thank you for working with us in this regard.

Who is it for

Couples and individuals who want to learn and practice the foundations of Compassionate Communication (NVC) to support intimate relationship. We do request that everyone come with a partner, friend, or learning buddy.

Prerequisite: We suggest that participants read Marshall Rosenberg’s book Nonviolent Communication, attend an introduction to NVC by visiting www.rmccn.org for a schedule of upcoming events, or listen to a 1-hour Introduction to NVC through nvcacademy.com
