This new class format will be specifically grounded in NVC practices.I am creating a space where we can engage in some of the most transformative, restorative and empowering NVC processes that have supported and resourced my yearning for clarity and agency over the years. These embodied practices will illuminate habitual patterns, develop skills that support understanding and compassion, and strengthen our ability to pause and choose how to respond to life's happenings.

Who is it for

All who have a NVC foundation and long to engage in embodied NVC practices that will revitalize their lives.

  • week 2: Expressing authenticity honestly: understanding triggers
  • week 3: Living in the beauty of needs: eliciting transformation

Registration Investment

$195 for 5 classes (early registration by October 9)
$215 for 5 classes (regular registration after October 9)
