Encouraged by the connections and sharing in France for the past six years, we are delighted to invite you to 2018's event!

Who is it for

NVC trainers, certified and uncertified, teachers, educators, parents...

  • This course addresses people who work in educational settings.
  • We hope to engage teachers who are new to NVC or who want to learn more and who are interested in implementing NVC in their classroom / school / system. This training also serves those who wish to learn more about training teachers, in terms of both how and content. Since we are four trainers we have the capacity to adjust to different learning needs and we will also offer an NVC introduction.
  • The aim of the course is for participants to:
  • practice how to implement NVC in daily school life
  • transmit NVC to students
  • to develop skills which contribute to developing schools based on compassion and co-operation supported by NVC skills
  • Participants will be able to practice:
  • expressing honesty - clearly communicating your values and beliefs
  • empathic listening - creating trust and understanding
  • when to use protective use of force
  • self-care - balancing the care for others and yourself
  • anger management - your own and other people’s anger
  • handling conflicts and mediation between children
  • The course ends with exploring what we've enjoyed and planning “next steps” including team-building, networking, support teams...
