Join us to learn the basics of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in a relaxed, interactive, and fun environment. 

Come away with skills and tools you can start to use immediately to overcome communication challenges and deal with difficult situations more effectively. ​

We will touch on the following elements:
Deep Listening: Understanding others with empathy
Authentic Self-Expression: Speaking honestly in a way that leads to connection and creative problem-solving.
Creating Inner Peace: Translating judgments and blame so you sense our common humanity.
Gratitude: Giving and receiving appreciation.
