Main Topic
Short description
Learn how to share NVC with others, including 1) navigating issues of privilege and social justice; 2) making effective requests in groups; 3) leading beginner activity, "The Empathy Café."

For people who have been touched deeply by the practice of NVC like we have, it’s a natural impulse to want to share it with others.  But how to do it?  What are the key skills needed to be successful?

Join us to learn the basic skills involved in successfully sharing NVC in your communities. We’ll teach the main guidelines related to navigating issues in groups related to Privilege and Social Justice, as well as teach how to make effective requests in groups.

We'll also share how to lead an activity designed for beginners called "The Empathy Café" and will touch on how to design an NVC offering. We also plan to have ample time for participants to practice these different concepts and skills.
