True dialogue is based on connecting to what matters to us and offering empathic listening for what’s important to another. Let’s explore how “connection before solution” applies to your real life examples.
We’ll use the Inner-Outer NVC Dance Floor for dialogue to support you in getting more understanding, connection, and collaboration in your relationships. The NVC Dance Floors are spatial maps of NVC processes in various layouts called ‘dances’. Each of these dances of communication has various steps. These steps can be used in any sequence to support authentic, flowing, conscious communication. nvcdancefloors.com
