In the past, when I was around someone who I perceived to complain a lot, they would really get under my skin. I alternated between trying to redirect them into something more positive or avoiding them, and neither one of those options was very satisfying.
Thankfully, since then I have learned to actually enjoy engaging with people who are complaining, and I’m excited to share with some tips about how to make interactions with them more meaningful for you and for them.
This 90-minute program will be engaging and experiential, so bring examples from your own life that you would like support with!
