This class will offer a deepening into living and practicing nonviolent communication.  It's more than a communication process but rather living the principles and will include:

Understanding the purpose of anger

Transforming Limiting Beliefs

Beneficial Regret

The spiritual basis of nonviolent communication

Forgiveness for ourselves and others

Role plays and more

Practice, Practice, Practice

You have many ways to enroll in a class:
1.     In person Our office is now open for in-person assistance at the Wake and Schott Center Campuses on the following

Wake: Mondays - Thursday: 8:00AM-4:15PM

Schott: Mondays - Thursday: 10:00AM-6:15PM

Fridays: remote service only.

2.     Fill out a pdf with your class information and send it by  email:
Click here to access a School of Extended Learning application for admission (fillable PDF).   Download it, fill out both pages of the form with your information and the CRN numbers of the classes you want to take.
Save the form (before closing the PDF) and email it to:
[email protected]. If you can’t do this on your computer, then print it and write it by hand. Use your phone to take photos of both sides of the form and email them to: [email protected]
