Embodying Nonviolent Communication in Geneva, Switzerland
Personal Practices for Deepening Relationships
This training integrates Compassionate or Nonviolent Communication, Aikido and Somatics. They offer cross-training in these three to explore and help us to resolve the inconsistencies that often occur between our hearts and our lips, or what we say and what we do.
With their gentle physical and verbal practices we will connect with the wisdom of our bodies and very importantly learn how to embrace our capacity to relate to others and ourselves more compassionately.
This is a great opportunity for individuals, groups, teachers, coaches and therapists who want to learn and share new and effective ways for embodying empathic communication and healing in all aspects of life, at home, work and elsewhere.
