Personal Practices for Deepening Relationships
This workshop integrates Compassionate or Nonviolent Communication, Aikido and Somatics. They offer cross-training in these three to explore and help us to resolve the inconsistencies that often occur between our hearts and our lips, or what we say and what we do.
With their gentle physical and verbal practices, we will connect with the wisdom of our bodies and very importantly learn how to embrace our capacity to relate to others and ourselves more compassionately.
This is a great opportunity for individuals, groups, teachers, coaches and therapists who want to learn and share new and effective ways for embodying empathic communication and healing in all aspects of life, at home, work and elsewhere.

David Weinstock is a Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute, Stuart Heller’s Five Rings Coaching Institute, a certified international trainer of Nonviolent Communication, Aikido, the originator of Somatic Consensus and author of Becoming What You Need: Practices for Embodying Nonviolent Communication. He offers individual coaching, workshops, and classes fully include the less-emphasized nonverbal realm in which much communication occurs and help synchronize language, emotions, and actions to support a meaningful life that is deeply felt.  David works with his clients to develop their abilities to self-direct, self-generate, and navigate through the complexities of life with greater clarity and integrity. David’s original work, Somatic Consensus,  practices for accessing the wisdom of the body are applicable to a diverse audience. He has brought his leadership and teambuilding trainings into the corporate sector (Microsoft and Phillips), to NGO’s, to inmates in the prison systems (Freedom Project), and educational programs from preschool to advanced college level. He leads trainings locally and around the world—in his community, schools, prisons, organizations, and businesses on five continents.
