Format: Play in the kitchen, discussion, self-disclosure, small groups, dyads and individual processes
Facilitator: Sylvia Haskvitz, MA, RDN is a registered dietitian nutritionist,, author of Eat by Choice, Not by Habit, an NVC inspired book, CNVC certified trainer since 1989 and CNVC assessor since 2012. In her book she has married her passions of healthful and conscious eating with Nonviolent. She offers workshops and trainings worldwide to those who would like to find ways to meet their emotional needs in cooperation with their body’s needs and not at the body’s expense. Her essay, “Enemy Images” was published in the book, Healing Our Planet, Healing Ourselves. She has also directed and produced a weekly radio program and hosted a television show. She lives in Tucson, AZ, USA, with her beloved husband, Tim and precious therapy dog, Rico.
