Assistant: Leticia Adams is a NVC Trainer Candidate, Creative Director, Yoga Teacher

Long inspired by the Civil Rights Movement, Leticia found NVC in the summer of 2020 while searching for a way to actively extend compassion to others.

After reading Marshall Rosenberg’s Non-Violent Communication, it became clear that practice was necessary to put the concepts into action. She found James’ online course, and has been hooked ever since. Amazed at the power of NVC in action, Leticia has experienced positive shifts in conversational ability and the quality of several relationships.

Leticia has a background in experiential communication with over two decades of industry experience, launching products, supporting organizational culture, and delivering multi media campaigns.

Leticia is working toward NVC certification.
