Boogie With the Basics for Couples and Individuals
Come as a newbie or to refresh your learning and integrating of the internationally acclaimed process, Nonviolent (compassionate) Communication (NVC). We’ll focus on 4 mindful practices for getting along better with yourself and others, plus key aspects of expressing with honesty and listening with empathy.
For the visual learners there will be slides (so you can take screen shots!). And of course there will be some Jackal and Giraffe props. Jean first studied NVC with founder, Marshall Rosenberg and now has been sharing this powerful and compassionate process for 30 years with curious and committed individuals and couples.
