Nonviolent Communication (NVC) helps everyone, regardless of their field of activity, to raise their level of consciousness and thus contribute to building a world that is more just and respectful of all. As Co-Founder of the "Déclic Education" association, I firmly believe that this awareness must occur very early on at the school level (within the framework of the National Education system, educators, families) and continue within decision-making bodies (businesses, healthcare, local authorities, etc.). I believe strongly in the power of this process in the service of greater social justice. That is probably why NVC is, for me, more of an ethic than a technique. # Trainer's primary language Je défends l'idée que nos actions d'aujourd'hui ont un impact puissant sur le monde de demain. CNV aide chacun, quel que soit le domaine d'activité, à élever son niveau de conscience et ainsi contribuer à construire un monde plus juste et respectueux de tous. Co-Fondatrice de l'association « Déclic Education », j'ai la ferme conviction que cette prise de conscience doit s'opérer très tôt au niveau scolaire (cadres de l'Éducation nationale, éducateurs, familles) et se poursuivre au sein des instances décisionnelles (entreprises, santé, collectivités locales). autorités, etc.) Je crois plus que tout au pouvoir de ce processus au service d'une plus grande justice sociale.
