I run training courses in communication and interpersonal dialogue. I rely – among other things and mainly – on the Nonviolent Communication process developed by Marshall Rosenberg, and on sociocratic governance tools. I am keen to put my 25 years of experience in the SME business field to the service of people, managers and teams. I welcome in my seminars both individuals and professionals for whom the training offered brings an advantage to their professional or associative activity.

I am pleased to volunteer within the French Association of CNVC Trainers: a strong commitment, and a place for experimenting with new modes of operation thanks to which autonomy and responsibility contribute to the fulfillment and development of the individual and the collective. Since 2019 I have chosen a happy decline in my activity and I have given up being a training organization (aspiration for more administrative levity).

J’anime des stages de formation à la communication et au dialogue interpersonnel. Je m’appuie – entre autres et principalement – sur le processus de la CNVC élaboré par Marshall Rosenberg, et sur les outils de gouvernance sociocratique. J’ai à cœur de mettre mon expérience de 25 ans sur le terrain de l’entreprise PME au service des personnes, des dirigeants, et des équipes. J’accueille dans mes séminaires à la fois des particuliers et des professionnels pour qui les formations proposées apportent un plus dans leur activité professionnelle ou associative.

J’ai plaisir à m’investir bénévolement au sein de l’Association Française des Formateurs CNV© : engagement fort de sens, et lieu d’expérimentation de nouveaux modes de fonctionnement grâce auxquels autonomie et responsabilité concourent à l’épanouissement et au développement de l’individu et du collectif. Depuis 2019 j’ai choisi une décroissance heureuse de mon activité et j’ai renoncé à être organisme de formation (aspiration à plus de légèreté administrative).
