What drives me in life is to contribute to changes in practices that generate peace and harmony between human beings, commitment and responsibility. My tools propose to bring this reflection to your teams in order to "finally put the fish on the table" and to talk about the real issues. This is possible in all structures, whether public or private. These tools generate team commitment, individual responsibility and a more harmonious climate. They also encourage mourning for old ways of doing things and reduce resistance to change.
