I dream about business running on co-creation principles. I see Nonviolent Communication (NVC) as a very important building block in organizations. I am very excited about synergy, creativity that can come to life in a group process, such a miraculous happening.

It fills my heart with joy to see transformation from not knowing, pain, frustration, enemy images into the positive vision, hope, ideas, and joined ventures. That is also top fun way to grow sustainable, effective, and efficient solutions. That is how I imagine the underlying quality of any business.

I am specialized in information technology, employed as [CTO in an SME company](https://www.setcce.com/about-us), and have 20+ years experience as technical and project manager, business analyst, software developer. I offer NVC support for long-term effective cooperation in organizations.
