When my clients return home, they speak differently with themselves, their partners, their children and their colleagues. My vision is a community in which everything is allowed to be. It begins with each of us and spreads further, one conversation at a time. Why I love teaching NVC NVC gives us a structured way to sense what is alive in us, to name and address it, and to learn what is alive in others. It is not a technique to master or a tone to put on, but a practice that will make everyday conversations with our partners, our children and our colleagues feel different. I love the moment when a judgement softens, when someone realizes “I don’t need to win, I need to be heard”, and when my own body finally feels alive and noticed again. And in the end, everything is about connection. What you can expect to take with you You will learn to notice where feelings and needs are present in your body, so that you can stay with them instead of just reacting on them. You will soften the judgments you carry towards yourself and others. And you will put it into practice in real situations from your own life, especially the ones you find difficult. How it feels to be accompanied by me Clear. We recognize patterns and reach your goal quickly. Warm. Empathy is part of every session, for you and for me. You do not have to explain yourself or hold it together here. Whatever you bring is met with understanding. Authentic. We work at eye level, dive into experience and feel what needs to be felt. Embodied. We work with the body, not only with words. Courageous. We go where it matters, at your pace. A little more about me I am a CNVC certified trainer and bring more than 15 years of experience in one-to-one work, groups and seminars. I am trained in therapeutic, systemic and coaching approaches. Alongside NVC, I work with family constellations, in small groups and one-to-one, and with my own approach, InnerTransformation. This combination lets us look at where patterns come from, feel them in the body and then speak differently. What I offer For individuals, couples and groups: introductory and deepening seminars, individual sessions, couples mediation and a regular practice group in Essen, online and in person.For teams and organizations: in-house trainings tailored to your needs and situation, online and across Germany.
