Her practice and exploration blend Eastern and Western life wisdom, committed to cultivating professional leaders and practitioners who can inherit and carry forward Dr. Marshall Rosenberg's vision through systematic programs and a warm community. Since 2017, she has devoted herself wholeheartedly to the sharing and teaching of Nonviolent Communication. Since founding the NVC Learning Center in 2020, she has invited more fellow CNVC Certified Trainers to share NVC with everyone. To make the wisdom and love of Nonviolent Communication accessible to the general public in a more economical and convenient way, she introduced The No-Fault Zone Game and continues to offer themed courses for all groups, striving to build an ecological community that truly embodies the spirit of Nonviolent Communication. The program fully draws upon the system and structure of the CNVC Certification Candidate Packet(CPP), thoroughly integrating the trinity of learning NVC, living NVC, and teaching NVC.
