I discovered NVC in 2007: at the time I was very involved in my work in prisons for the International Red Cross (ICRC), and I was looking for keys to understand how human beings function. I wanted to find ways to prevent conflicts and their dramatic consequences. Immediately won over by the process, I finally left humanitarian diplomacy to devote myself fully to this profound approach that effectively allows conflicts to be resolved.

To do this, I trained in NVC mediation at the Ecole des Médiateurs, then I joined the national education system as a mediator in a college in the suburbs of Paris. In 2014-2015, I began sharing NVC with associations and companies. Today I work in the private and public sectors, to allow people to experience the power of this process, find keys to better understand themselves, and overcome internal and relational conflicts.

For this, I was part of the teaching team of the Emergence Institute (mediation training: https://www.institutemergence.com/) and Déclic (https://www.declic-cnveducation.org/). Also fascinated by the IFS (Internal Family System), I use it in individual support with NVC, as well as IR (Relational Intelligence), which allows the nervous system to be recalibrated.

J’ai découvert la CNV en 2007: à l’époque j’étais très impliquée dans mon travail en milieu carcéral pour la Croix Rouge internationale (CICR), et je cherchais des clefs pour comprendre le fonctionnement des êtres humains. Je voulais trouver des pistes pour prévenir les conflits et leurs conséquences dramatiques. Immédiatement conquise par le processus, j’ai finalement quitté la diplomatie humanitaire pour me consacrer pleinement à cette approche si profonde qui permet effectivement de dénouer les conflits.

Pour cela, je me suis formée à la médiation CNV à l’Ecole des Médiateurs, puis j’ai rejoint l’éducation nationale comme médiatrice dans un collège en banlieue parisienne. En 2014-2015, j’ai commencé à partager la CNV auprès d’associations et d’entreprises. Aujourd’hui j’interviens dans le privé et public, pour permettre aux gens de goûter à la puissance de ce processus, trouver des clefs pour mieux se comprendre, et dépasser les conflits intérieurs et relationnels.

Pour cela, j’ai fait partie de l’équipe pédagogique de l’institut Emergence (formations à la médiation : https://www.institutemergence.com/) et de Déclic (https://www.declic-cnveducation.org/).
