My mission is to be an initiator and facilitator in creating a way to find a personal balance between feelings, needs and strategies which make a base for better, more peaceful and more honest society.

I discovered Nonviolent Communication in 1996 and since then I have been constantly growing in that way, in my communication and empathetic connection with family, friends and colleagues. I do educations with adults to help them learn to live NVC model and I also do workshops with young people to encourage them and empower them to find their inner peace and to overcome ethnic intolerance.

I train for individuals, teams and groups. I do mentoring work with people who want to live and share NVC model and I am a co-founder and member of the Network for Nonviolent Communication of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In addition, I translated [Marshall Rosenberg's book, Nonviolent Communication](https://www.cnvc.org/store/nonviolent-communication-a-language-of-life), into Serbian / Bosnian ([English](https://www-knjizara-com.translate.goog/Nenasilna-komunikacija-jezik-zivota-Marsal-B-Rozenberg-157447?_x_tr_sl=auto&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en&_x_tr_pto=wapp) / [srpski](https://www-knjizara-com.translate.goog/Nenasilna-komunikacija-jezik-zivota-Marsal-B-Rozenberg-157447?_x_tr_sl=auto&_x_tr_tl=sr&_x_tr_hl=en&_x_tr_pto=wapp) / [bosanski](https://www.knjizara.com/Nenasilna-komunikacija-jezik-zivota-Marsal-B-Rozenberg-157447)), and I wrote and published a book named "Development of Communication Skills" based on my experience in NVC.
