"I personally believe that Nonviolent Communication is one of the most accessible universal languages available. It has the power to bring people from diverse backgrounds and cultures together, fostering a shared understanding of our differences. NVC can unlock our collective wisdom - when we engage with it, we thrive together."

Silvia is a trainer, facilitator, and coach working with Nonviolent Communication and systemic approaches. Her areas of expertise include leadership, talent development, and personal growth. Silvia is passionate about strengthening teams and organizations by helping individuals understand their own and each other's motivations, and building effective communication around these. Multicultural and multidisciplinary collaboration are central to Silvia's work.
