What began as a way to manage relationships has become a lifelong practice of connection, authenticity, and liberation from “power over” dynamics. I’m known for helping people get to the heart of what really matters, drawing out what’s often hidden beneath conflict or confusion, so genuine understanding and change can emerge. My work balances depth and practicality, using embodied practises and learning. I love weaving togetherness - building relationships and networks that nurture shared growth and collaboration. Originally from the northern rivers, NSW, in 2024 and 2025, I decided to try something different – Travelling and immersing myself in NVC community life! Training people along the way, including continuing to mentor participants in the 6-month Peer Leadership Program with Shari Elle. I also participated in a Family camp in New Zealand, a Nonviolent Global Liberation (NGL) - Community Living Experiment in Tasmania, the NVC Sharers Retreat, Bribie, and Saltbush Melbourne. While also attending trainings with Liv Larsson (Mediation and Unmasking Shame) and Miki Kashtan’s weekly discussions on systems and lenses of liberation. I offer trainings, private sessions, and mediation. My intention is to create an environment where it is safe for you to connect with your authenticity and express yourself genuinely.
