Having studied extensively with Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, the creator of Nonviolent Communication, Shari has been facilitating NVC trainings since 2001 and has taught over 10,000 people in her foundation programs. With more than 25 years of expertise, Shari specialises in bringing Nonviolent Communication to individuals, teams, and organisations. Since 2004, she has developed and led extended NVC programs including the six-month mentored Peer Leadership Program and Embodying NVC.
