##### For me, NVC offers hope; a way of being in the world with aligned practical skills to reduce polarisation and build bridges, with the aim of creating a world which works for everyone.

I've been a community worker for 17 years, working with people seeking asylum and longer-standing residents of Gorbals, Glasgow. Since 2021, I have used my NVC practice in my regular one-to-one and group work with women who have experienced sexualized violence. I deliver NVC training in Edinburgh and, more widely in Scotland, to the public, organizations, and social work students.
