**Robert Bouchard** is a member of the Bar of Quebec (since 1978) and the International Coach Federation. His eclectic background — with studies in music, law, communication and management as well as experience as a lawyer, judge, businessman and coach — led him to take an interest in the impact of leaders. Passionate about communication, work climate, and the quality of life in organizational environments, he works in both public and private organizations as a trainer, speaker, and intervener in team-building and conflict resolution. He recently trained in France in the Relational Intelligence® method with Dr. François Le Doze. Robert is president and co-founder of Groupe Conscientia, a communications consulting firm. He teaches at the Faculty of Medicine of Laval University – Formation Pédagogia.

**Robert Bouchard** est formateur et médiateur certifié du Centre international pour la Communication NonViolente, membre du Barreau du Québec depuis 1978 et de l’International Coach Federation. Son parcours éclectique (des études en musique, en droit, en communication et en management ainsi qu’une expérience comme avocat, juge , homme d’affaires et coach) l’a conduit à s’intéresser à l’impact des leaders. Passionné par la communication, le climat de travail et la qualité de vie dans les milieux organisationnels, il intervient dans des organisations tant publiques que privées à titre de formateur, de conférencier et d’intervenant en consolidation d’équipes et résolution de conflits. Il s’est récemment formé en France à la méthode de l’Intelligence relationnelle® auprès du Dr François Le Doze . Robert Bouchard est président et cofondateur du Groupe Conscientia, entreprise-conseil en communication. Il enseigne à la Faculté de médecine de l’université Laval – Formation Pédagogia.
