Born in 1969, I am married and a mother of a daughter. My work aims to overcome domination and power structures and create space for genuine engagement. Through Nonviolent Communication (NVC), I help build bridges between students, teachers, parents, and the surrounding environment—at eye level, with empathy and respect for the humanity of each individual. Central to me is empathic listening in all areas of life, which enables encounter and connection. I offer introductions to NVC for school, parents, and children and adolescents, and I am co-founder of the Crosstheline school workshop (inspired by the Challenge Day in the USA). Crosstheline creates safe spaces against bullying, loneliness, and violence, where every child feels loved, protected, and celebrated. I support with: • NVC introductions and trainings • School/parent work and inclusive practice • Building bridges in the school community • Workshops that foster courage, respect, and community I want to continue walking this path together, to make needs visible and to make parenting and learning more humane and effective. # Trainer's primary language Ich bin eine Begleiterin, Förderlehrerin, Beraterin mit über 25 Jahren Erfahrung in Schule, Elternarbeit und der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen sowie Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen. Geboren 1969, bin ich verheiratet und Mutter einer Tochter. Meine Arbeit richtet sich danach, Dominanz- und Machtstrukturen zu überwinden und Raum für echte Begegnung zu schaffen. Durch Gewaltfreie Kommunikation (GfK) helfe ich, Brücken zwischen Schüler\*innen, Lehrer\*innen, Eltern und dem Umfeld zu bauen — auf Augenhöhe, mit Empathie und Respekt vor der Menschlichkeit jedes Einzelnen. Zentral für mich ist das empathische Zuhören in allen Lebensbereichen, das Begegnung und Verbindung ermöglicht. Ich biete Einführungen in GfK für Schule, Eltern, Kinder und Jugendliche an und bin Mitgründerin des Schulworkshops Crosstheline (in Anlehnung an den Challenge Day in den USA). Crosstheline schafft sichere Räume gegen Mobbing, Vereinsamung und Gewalt, in denen sich jedes Kind geliebt, geschützt und gefeiert fühlt.
