My trainings focus on both the interpersonal and organizational level in an attempt to seek to seed NVC at multiple stages of our development. My interpersonal work draws on my own life experience and deep journey with NVC and other techniques, including "Resonant Healing," which have supported me to see my lived experiences through a new lens and grow in my understanding of myself and others. My offerings and trainings at the interpersonal level include supporting: - parents, educators, and caregivers to contribute to the developing brains of children in their care - children to see and hear each other and resolve conflicts using peer mediation - adults to navigate communication challenges in their daily lives - individuals seeking one-to-one empathic support drawing on Nonviolent Communication and Resonant Healing techniques that facilitate healing and growth from lived experiences My organization work draws on my 20-year career in the legal industry, initially as a lawyer and subsequently as a strategy, operations, and change consultant. During this time, I developed a deep understanding of the interdependence of people, processes, and performance.
