**Unleashing the energy of individuals and organizations**

**Paul-Georges Crismer** has worked for twenty-five years in the software industry. He has learned that what leads to team efficiency mainly depends on the quality of interactions between people, and the joyful collaboration of everyone.

Passionate about authentic dialogue, he discovered Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2002. “My wife and I were searching for a means to take care of our family relationships,” he reflects. He became a certified NVC trainer in 2013.

Since 2006 he has practiced sociocracy, one of the participative governance methods that help contribute to reinventing organizations. He is enthusiastic about Agile and self-organization, and he also practices Appreciative Inquiry, a change-management process highly congruent with NVC.

Today he provides coaching, training, and mediation to teams and individuals to help them improve their interactions and ability to collaborate, and to self-organize.

**Libérer l’énergie des individus et des organisations**

**Paul-Georges Crismer** a travaillé pendant vingt-cinq ans dans l'industrie du logiciel. Il a appris que ce qui mène à l’efficacité d’une équipe dépend principalement de la qualité des interactions entre les personnes et de la joyeuse collaboration de chacun.

Passionné par le dialogue authentique, il découvre la Communication Non Violente (CNV) en 2002 : « Ma femme et moi cherchions un moyen de prendre soin de nos relations familiales ». Il est devenu formateur certifié en CNV en 2013.

Depuis 2006, il pratique la sociocratie, l'une des méthodes de gouvernance participative qui contribue à réinventer les organisations. Il est passionné par les méthodes Agiles et l'auto-organisation, et il pratique également l'Appreciative Inquiry, un processus de gestion du changement hautement compatible avec la CNV.

Aujourd'hui, il propose du coaching, de la formation et de la médiation aux équipes et aux individus pour les aider à améliorer leurs interactions et leur capacité à collaborer et à s'auto-organiser.
