A healthcare professional for over 20 years (as a nurse-manager in a hospital setting), involved in prevention and the training of healthcare professionals, I have also taken part in programs to support professional and social integration. I am particularly sensitive to the world of healthcare and its need for support in order to provide better care. I have personally witnessed how detrimental it can be to care for others without caring for oneself.

As a professional trainer, I provide training in Nonviolent Communication and more broadly, in soft skills and the development of emotional intelligence. I like to believe that we can contribute to a fairer and more equitable world. I enjoy incorporating play into my training sessions, firmly convinced that playfulness does not diminish depth.

Professionnel de santé pendant plus de 20 ans (infirmier-cadre de santé) en milieu hospitalier, dans la prévention et dans la formation de professionnels de santé, j’ai aussi participé à des dispositifs d’accompagnement à l’insertion professionnelle et sociale. Je suis particulièrement sensible au monde de la santé et à son besoin d’accompagnement pour mieux accompagner. J’ai moi-même pu constater à quel point il pouvait être délétère de vouloir prendre soin des autres sans prendre soin de soi.

Formateur professionnel, je forme à la CNV et plus globalement aux soft skills et au développement de l’intelligence émotionnelle. Et j’aime penser que nous pouvons contribuer à un monde plus juste et équitable. J’aime introduire le jeu dans mes formations, persuadé que le côté ludique n’ôte rien à la profondeur.
