Hello, fellow human!

I’m Paige, a Greek/U.S. American living in the Netherlands. Working at an international school in Amsterdam, I help build restorative community through Nonviolent Communication (NVC). I support peer coaches aged 10-14 and also teach English to newly arrived students.

My NVC journey began 20 years ago, and it felt like coming home. Since then, I’ve shared NVC with individuals, families, schools, justice-involved youth and adults, and professionals across sectors. Though the settings and approaches vary, the core principles remain the same—and I find hope in how many people are seeking live-serving alternatives to current systems.

I know I will never fully “master” NVC, accessing the consciousness in every moment. I'm balancing an acceptance of my humanity with a commitment to keep my heart open and integrate the consciousness ever deeper. This is where community plays a vital role, offering feedback with care, supporting my growth with love. I’m deeply grateful for the widespread NVC community I’ve bonded with over the years—fellow practitioners who bring inspiration, support, and joy along this path. Grounded in that lived experience, my aim is to support people in co-creating systems where empathy and collaboration can truly thrive.
