"For me, NVC is the art of simultaneously being oneself and being with others."

I have been practicing NVC since 2014 and have been certified since 2022.

The activity that completely captivates me is empathic support in times of war. I also work with schools to create peaceful and safe environments. I love creating conditions in which people make decisions about the changes they dream of.
