Octavia Adriana Udrescu is passionate about Nonviolent Communication (NVC). A passion that she had discovered later in life, having studied engineering at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. Being a mother of two daughters and in a committed relationship since 1993, pushed her to want to improve the connections she has with the loved ones in her life.

This wish to feed her need for evolution pushed her to participate over the years in numerous trainings on topics such as mediation, self-care, and relationship management. She integrated everything she had learned into her life, thus bringing her peace of mind and connection with the body and soul. Octavia started holding online NVC classes with Decebal Popescu in 2020. They later created Ateliere CNV, a company whose purpose was spreading NVC through workshops, online and offline, to teachers and parents. Together they created "Cere ce vrei" a workshop dedicated to understanding how to make a clear request.

In 2024, she did a Romanian translation of “Mr. Rosenberg and the coffee cup,” written by Certified Trainer [Gundi Gaschler](https://www.cnvc.org/trainers/gundi-gaschler), which fulfilled her need for collaboration and partnership. Her mission is to empower women and to teach them about the beauty of needs and the power that resides behind them. She is passionate about art in any form, and she creates workshops to combine her passion for NVC with this form of expression.
