As an internationally certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication, I am training people and organizations to become closer to what they really want in connection to others and the world around us. With this, I want to actively contribute to a world with more interconnection.

I am organizing national and international online festivals, beginner and advanced training in Nonviolent Communication online and in the Netherlands, and offering 1-on-1 coaching and mediation based on Nonviolent Communication.

In my trainings I really like to learn in the moment, so I take as many opportunities as possible during trainings to learn from what is happening right now. In this way, I ensure that all kinds of participants (from skeptics to worriers) get the hang of what I offer. What I especially like is making a bridge between the dry textbook Nonviolent Communication and making it a practical day-to-day vision and way of living our lives.

So far, feedback from participants very often includes the word "openness" or a description of openness. For example, a participant felt very safe to actually share what was going on. Or that someone felt welcome in a group for the first time in his/her life. In general, inclusiveness and safety are a key elements in my trainings.
